New vTiger Email Add-on!

Quick Create Forms Module

The Quick Create Forms Module is one of Boru’s newest and most useful vTiger improvements we have made. It allows you to quickly create new records across all standard vTiger modules from any screen within your vTiger CRM. From a single, easily accessible graphical user interface, you can make multiple forms across multiple modules. All records created within Quick Create are automatically linked to each other. • select what modules are present in the form
• choose the fields that will be displayed for each module

Gmail Gadget Update

Boru has recently added some exciting new features to the Gmail Gadget. The Gadget is a free integration between vTiger and Gmail that displays all information about the sender of an email at the bottom of the Gmail interface.

With the new modifications, you now can control a lot more of what you see and when you see it. You now have the ability to customize what fields are visible, and can minimize and maximize the gadget at your will. In addition, you can view email history from vTiger on your Gmail interface.

The Gadget reduces the need to switch back and forth between vTiger and Gmail now more than ever. With a new pending activities field, you can see upcoming calls that you have scheduled with a client in vTiger. That way, you can check whether you need to schedule a call to follow up on things. You can also now edit contact information in vTiger directly from the Gmail interface, reducing clicks and saving time.

Appointment Confirmation Module

Boru has just developed an Appointment Confirmation Module in vTiger! It’s great because it helps present an organized reflection of your business to your customers and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

The module will send automated emails to the client requesting confirmation of a scheduled appointment. An email will be sent to the client right after the meeting is programmed into your vTiger and again closer to the actual appointment. You can customize to your preference exactly how many and at what interval emails are sent, and from there the system will do the rest.

The Appointment Confirmation Module reduces the chances of poor communication when scheduling appointments so that neither you nor your customers will waste time. 

Automated Backup Module

Boru’s new Automated Backup module for vTiger helps reduce the risk of losing data if your system crashes. With a few simple clicks, you can schedule backups of your entire vTiger build.
