Boru has just developed an Appointment Confirmation Module
in vTiger! It’s great because it helps present an organized reflection of your
business to your customers and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
The module will send automated emails to the client
requesting confirmation of a scheduled appointment. An email will be sent to
the client right after the meeting is programmed into your vTiger and again
closer to the actual appointment. You can customize to your preference exactly
how many and at what interval emails are sent, and from there the system will
do the rest.
The Appointment Confirmation Module reduces the chances of
poor communication when scheduling appointments so that neither you nor your customers
will waste time.
