Boru has recently added some
exciting new features to the Gmail Gadget. The Gadget is a free integration
between vTiger and Gmail that displays all information about the sender of an
email at the bottom of the Gmail interface.
With the new modifications, you
now can control a lot more of what you see and when you see it. You now have
the ability to customize what fields are visible, and can minimize and maximize
the gadget at your will. In addition, you can view email history from
vTiger on your Gmail interface.
The Gadget reduces the need to
switch back and forth between vTiger and Gmail now more than ever. With a new
pending activities field, you can see upcoming calls that you have scheduled
with a client in vTiger. That way, you can check whether you need to schedule a
call to follow up on things. You can also now edit contact information in
vTiger directly from the Gmail interface, reducing clicks and saving time.
