New Constant Contact Sync


For everyone that uses vTiger and Constant Contact, Boru has just released its new sync between the two systems! The Constant Contact sync eliminates the need to spend time updating one system to match the other, and instead allows you to sync them with only one click.

You can easily create or change campaigns in vTiger and send them to Constant Contact. VTiger will provide a summary of the sync, with both the failures and the successes so that you can see exactly which contacts may be missing an email address or may have requested to be unsubscribed in Constant Contact.

vTiger Popup Summary


Boru has been adding many customizations to vTiger to streamline your business process. One of our latest additions is the Popup Summary. Instead of having to scroll up and down through a Lead Information page to find the field you’re looking for, you can now open up a popup tab at the top of the page with only the basic facts that you want.

All the fields in Popup Summary are in edit mode, so you can save even more time if you need to change any information on a lead. You get to choose what and how many fields you want to see so that you do not waste time searching through extraneous information. This is a great tool to help you use your time as efficiently as possible.

Forced User Default Module


Boru has a new module in vTiger called the “Forced User Default” module. It essentially forces all users to follow default settings in vTiger – default settings that you get to choose. System administrators can now standardize preference settings so that all users are looking at the same vTiger.

You get to choose what tiles users can see and access on their dashboard. You can define location based settings like currency settings and time zone. Essentially for any setting that can be changed, you have the ability to set a default for your users.

This module saves a lot of time when you have to add new users because you will no longer have to set up their preferences manually. With Forced User Defaults, everyone is on the same page, making training and managing a much simpler task. 

vTiger-Five9 Integration

Boru has recently developed a new integration between vTiger and Five9 to create a more convenient system for customers who use both systems. With this new module, you no longer have to waste time updating lists between the two programs. 


Whether it’s hourly or nightly, you can create a query through vTiger to form calling lists based on certain criteria that you specify. VTiger will then send these lists to Five9 where you can immediately start calling them. This new sync also takes Five9 call information such as status, call length and who called, and will update the records in vTiger.
